Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
By using Ad Optima's website and services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
Ad Optima provides AI-powered Google Ads campaign management and landing page optimisation services. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We may update or modify features from time to time to improve the service.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when signing up. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, please contact us immediately at hello@adoptima.ai.
To use our service, you grant us access to your Google Ads account via the Google Ads API. We will only make changes to your account that are consistent with the service you've subscribed to. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. We don't charge a percentage of your ad spend. You can cancel at any time -- there are no long-term contracts. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
While we work to improve your campaign performance, we cannot guarantee specific results. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and your product or service. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Landing pages we build remain your property. If you cancel your subscription, you retain full ownership of any landing pages created during your service period. We will provide you with the files or access needed to continue using them independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
