By using Ad Optima's website and services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
Ad Optima provides agentic Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaign management together with landing pages built and operated on our stack. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan (Essentials, Growth, or Enterprise). We may update or modify features from time to time to improve the service.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when signing up. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, please contact us immediately at hello@adoptima.ai.
To use our service, you grant us access to your Google Ads and (optionally) Microsoft Ads accounts via each platform's official API. We will only make changes to your account that are consistent with the service you've subscribed to and the per-action approval grid you set during onboarding. You can revoke access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings.
You can direct specific changes through the dashboard, support email, or (on plans where it's available) the natural-language editor. Changes you direct are your responsibility: any performance commitments we make are calculated excluding the effects of customer-directed actions, and we will document each customer-directed change in your ledger with attribution.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. We don't charge a percentage of your ad spend. Annual prepay (where offered) is billed at signup with a 10% discount. You can cancel at any time - there are no long-term contracts. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period; for annual prepay, we refund the unused portion pro-rata.
While we work to improve your campaign performance, we cannot guarantee specific results. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and your product or service. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Where we publish service-level commitments (cycle cadence, response SLA), those govern Ad Optima's response time and review cadence, not the performance of your campaigns.
Landing pages and (at Enterprise) full websites that we build remain your property. If you cancel your subscription, you retain full ownership of anything built during your service period. We will provide you with the files, design tokens, or access needed to continue using them independently. One-time fees you've paid (for example, the £500 per landing page build fee on Essentials and Growth) remain yours forever.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
